🛍️ Returns

  • You may return any eligible item within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within the 14-day window. To start your return, please contact us at juliatrendshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

🔄 Exchanges

  • If you need a different size, color, or style, we’re happy to help you exchange your item.

  • Exchanges are also accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • To ensure availability, we recommend requesting your exchange as soon as possible.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note, the following items are non-returnable:
